I just sort of stumbled on it one night. Serendipity.

Found a nice one at Costco a few weeks ago. It's really well-sized, and has a metal ring piece so that you can rest the steamer on top of a pot.

Dinner tonight was bao buns, with char siu, and quick pickled carrots. First time making this and I'm very happy with how it came out.
