I start a new job in February. When my job asked if there was anything they could do to keep me, I said they could promote me to senior. They said they couldn't do that as there were no vacancies for a senior. Anyway, I've just gone on LinkedIn and they're advertising for a senior to replace me.

im not even just talking about the transphobia. im talking about all of it. most of them are being silent or babbling on about fixing potholes.
