When I was doing startups, we used to call that last one "the bus factor." Goal was to reduce the bus factor as much as possible. You calculate the bus factor by asking, How fucked are we if the CEO gets hit by a bus? For most companies? Very fucked.

Fiasco iterated its way to this. Early versions were just rules and you supply index cards. Fancy stuff came only once it gained a lot of traction.

I'm making this game and will gladly have it stamped.
