I teach a class like this on To the Lighthouse, and every time it kills me and everyone else that it's only 6 weeks long.

Amber Glenn is cool, but it's true, these two data points are treated differently by the media in a really... interesting way.

Either way, there's nothing very male about boy kibble, trust me. Unless you identify as he/deranged.

No lights-
The floor is littered with beams, plaster, ash.
The western pile of rubble
will open one eye, and then another and another,
deep beneath the ground
the water
the chamber
awaits its victims.

I've been playing around with creating a poem cycle describing a dungeon, constructed as centos using text from old adventure modules and sourcebooks. Here's one of the poems I'm happiest with so far.

Somewhere in this bundle I have a game. But that's not why you should buy it.

Waiting for Amber Glenn to skate before I take a walk because apparently she plays Magic and even though I don't I am just a big dork that way.

Super-fun evening intro'ing 3 RPG virgins & 2 RPG veterans to Mausritter. Treasure map lost to squabbling Dedratz, war hero paraded around on vagabond's shoulders, TicTac the cat driven off by a flaming arrow & a tiny beehive stuck in his ear, village guardmouse survived, and everyone got home safe.

After all, we have learned through much misery that the supposed guardrails of democracy have been nothing more than a series of polite suggestions written on post-it notes and heartfelt pinkie swears for the last 250 years.

Maybe you can take the characters from Blades in the Dark and just play them in Blades in '68 to achieve a similar effect?

just updated my Mac to the new OS (Tahoe? tawdry city), and now I want to pluck my fucking eyes out. I mean, come on. It was bad enough on my iPhone, now this? Sorry for having an opinion about this, but I suffer Windows all day long at work. I'm down with suffering for my art — but not this badly.

This is why I turn off that feature. I don't want to know what everyone else finds interesting, I want to find my own.
