Looking back I forgot how I drew a lot this year. I tend to be hard on myself so I try to take it easy. I am glad how I experimented more and became more self-indulgent with my art that I had more fun drawing this year 👍

I’ve only been making digital art for about a year and a half now, and despite feeling frustrated a lot of the time with parts of my work, I’m still pretty happy that each piece is helping me grow a slight bit each time and just letting me find new ways to express what I connect with through my art

The best thing about posting art on bsky so regularly is being able to look back on all of it at the end of the year & see how much it’s always changing & all the art that I’m still so proud of! I’ve made multiple “ain’t getting better than that!” pieces this year & it’s been so fun!

was thinking about how ive drawn a lot of things im proud of this year especially when i feel like im not making any progress! would love to see other folks quote with their own art :-)

life has been unfortunate this year and I wish I coulda done more, but I gave myself permission to take it easy this year after going hard on the dress up game and balatro cards. I'm just glad to be here 😌✨
