Every Scottish pensioner to receive winter heating payment next year The Scottish Government said it will ‘continue to protect our pensioners from the harsh reality of a UK Labour Government’.

It seems that Scotland can afford to keep their pensioners warm this winter. Frankly, it's embarrassing to the English government!
