… procurement, which would really help my assessment but risks too much friction for the candidate.
Any best practice ideas I should be drawing from?

What else should I be considering or taking away.
We use CVs and optional covering letters, rather than application forms.
I have considered asking shortlisted candidates to write 5-6 100 word responses to various questions, in the manner of a DOS… (cont)

I'm in the middle of refining and improving our recruitment process at BG. At the moment we tend to go with a quick screening call, an in-depth behavioural interview and sometimes a technical interview or case review depending on the skills.
I want to make this as effective as possible, for… (cont)

It's hardly a major problem, but I'm on 6 meds and I have to keep a note of them on my phone because every HCP I speak to asks - presumably because they can't see my care record. That probably accounts for 20% of the time in any appointment.

When I used to switch time zones every few days I found the secret was to follow the sun and local meal times. Sun when you should awake and as dark as possible when you should be asleep. Breakfast local time. Usually sorted out my jet lag in one night.
