No details given here on what the criteria for gaining the funds was, or how they are to be used (so viewing blind? but it’s difficult to imagine Oxford or Cambridge need much help attracting global academic talent compared to basically any other university in the country?

Take your point & intention, but the correct way to remove previous gerrymandering is to simply repeal the previous Strategy and Policy - restore previous full independence and it will work itself out naturally.
Anything else is still just gerrymandering, but in the other direction.

Re: low no. reported to asa, it’s not easy to report a misleading YouTube ad to asa, because for an ad on YouTube you can hit the info button to see who’s placed it (& report to google) but you can’t get a link for the ad, to share - no way to report the actual ad. Have to provide vague description.

Easy to shrug & say these things don’t matter, that it must be obvious to people that grok et al are not reliable sources of info. But sadly, there are many who aren’t that aware, don’t critically think, but get the algorithms push this in front of them & therefore do take it as their source of info

The only oversight given to grok is when it isn’t right wing enough - then it catches Musks attention and gets suitably reprogrammed.

If they’re going to release lots of professionally shot video to watch back afterwards, then that’s also good - but I think ‘no phones’ can go too far. Capturing some of your own personal moments to reminisce with on the come down the next day or years after, is quite something to relive the moments

I’m no economist (I don’t know how stable a new temporary Scot currency would be or would be perceived to be!) but you can’t take evidence from a completely different scenario & present it as evidence backing up the changed scenario.

The linked website evidence doesn’t stack up in other basic ways imo. It quotes independent Scotland would be AAA rated based on Standard & Poors report from 2014 - when Scottish Independence campaign said they would keep GBP.
The website then says GBP pound should be ditched for own Scot currency.
