Superman is definitely the best DC movie I’ve seen in quite a while. That was really good, and the scene with him and his dad was excellent.

The best part is that this will definitely open up way before BMG, if that ever does happen 😂

This piece gave Time For A Change a run for its money as most difficult. I played it back to back years, both HS and college, so I had a slight leg up the 2nd time. My biggest challenge was wanting to play the alto 2 part (partly memorized from HS) in college when I was on tenor instead 😂

And then there’s this, probably the hardest piece I ever played. Writing in a 9/4 signature is just diabolical, and took longer than I would like to admit before I got the groove right. If I ever lost the bass line, I was cooked. 😅 Was still fun to play, just difficult.

Was listening to some Chuck Mangione yesterday for obvious reasons, which sent me down some music aisles I haven’t touched in a while. Got to this song and the wave of “damn, I really miss playing” hit. This was always a favorite to play, though I doubt I can hit those high notes anymore. 😂

Honestly I would be happier if the Trumpists just said “we have a list of people we hate and we’re going to put them in camps or kill them” rather than make us sit through a lot of Matt Taibbi bullshit. I mean at some point just call me an enemy of the state and spare me the Bat Boy stuff.

Now hopefully they actually utilize ALL of the space that building has to offer for more than just meet and greets. I didn’t see it until 2010, but even then it was still a decently fun space. Give me history, too, please.
