Young people want them. And writers want to write them. Publishing needs to buy them.

Here's the thing that doesn't get talked about enough.
It's not actually about parental rights. It's about human rights. Because young people are human.
Humans have a right to information about the world they live in.
Period.
Parents are free to put their own spin on that.
But not to withhold it.

There is something specifically satisfying about cataloging that is impossible to explain. (I'm a public librarian so I don't really do it, but I enjoyed the class in library school a lot)

Hahah I can get behind them more in a workplace, especially a for-profit job. For non-profits and public service jobs (like libraries) I have... lots of opinions.
