They've unleashed thousands of overpowered and untrained white supremacists against the US populace. I fear that even if it is stopped (which it may not be) it is a wrong that will likely never be righted... we don't have a good track record redressing our self inflicted horrors.

I really wonder if Frank Herbert read Andy Schmookler's "The Parable of the Tribes". His obsessive focus on anthropology in the Dune series seems to spiral around logical extensions of Schmookler's theories.
