haha this rules.

folks don't know that AIs scraping websites accounts for like half of all internet bandwidth usage right now. Sites get scraped- ie, all the contents downloaded- over and over again, destroying/wasting their bandwidth, often maxing it out. It's like being continually DDOS'd

Question for Mike Flood: With $450 million being allocated to Alligator Alcatraz, and ICE burning through $8.4 million a day to illegally detain peopleβ€”How much does it cost for fascism? How much do the tax payers have to pay for a fascist country?

The reception was mostly warm besides an occasional detractor, including a man who pulled Cuomo in for a handshake, took out his phone for a selfie, and as the former three-term governor of New York smiled for the camera, told him, "I can't wait to watch you lose again.

Clear examples of the degraded forecasts we face in this piece from @michaelrlowry.bsky.social

Here's Iona from yesterday, with a clear shot of its internal structure in the current state on top, and a useless green blob in the suggested replacement on bottom.

I find it bizarre that we're forced to accept live-streamed genocide and are told that it's illegal to be opposed to it, but anyone who says the obvious about these guys is at best putting their account at risk and at worse potentially facing legal charges. and the obvious is: we need to kill them

WELL NOW, would you look at that? A massive, 24-YEAR-LONG study of MORE THAN 1.2 MILLION people in Denmark found NO LINK between aluminum in childhood vaccines and autism, asthma, OR chronic disorders.

Aluminum is an ADJUVANT.

It ENHANCES your immune response to a vaccine.

That’s it.
