these westerns zine restrictions are odd

im curious to understand what the folks implementing these restrictions view as "horror"

they're fully rejecting slashers which, fine if that not your flavor, and they dont want the aesthetic writing of gothic horror... which, again, *fine*, but they also dont accept religious or political themes.

I don't think we'll ever get another sentence which sums up everything the New York Times embodies quite like "Some legal experts have called it a crime to summarily kill civilians".
