Ok, no landlord is reducing the rent they charge to a renter. It might not grow in places where that is illegal, but nobody's actual rent they pay is being reduced.

Market rent might be (I doubt it, but I don't have any data either for or against that doubt), but people that are on leases don't pay market rent, they pay whatever is on their lease, so even if the market rate does go down, they are locked into whatever they're paying for their lease term.

Entirely fair. I do not understand why it is so hard for people to just... scroll past things? Like, unless I see someone doing something actively dangerous, or actively spreading misinfo, it's much easier to just... not?

We have been genetically modifying wheat since at least 1842 via crossbreeding, and probably for longer, it's just that I know that specifically Red Fife wheat was first crossbred in that year.

But, just as often, support or aid for the vision impaired is limited, and I would feel awful if I used those supports, and it turned out that someone more visually impaired than I am missed out on them because I was using them, when mostly my glasses and moving close enough are enough for me.

Available supports because I don't consider myself to be disabled (even though I am), because those supports (in my head) should go to someone who can't just put on a pair of glasses to mask their disability. This is profoundly stupid on my part.

I am severely far sighted (+14 each eye), BUT with glasses, I can achieve 20/20 vision for the most part. Have needed glasses all my life, will probably need stronger prescriptions as my vision deteriorates into eventual full blindness. Cannot drive without my glasses, the whole bit. Often I refuse
