I don’t disagree with you.

However, I’m probably looking at in a different way. I.E “Middle-aged bloke with heart problems tries not to explode at the ignorance and cruelty of the world”, kind of way. It is bloody hard to ignore though, admittedly mate.

I guess it depends whose opinion you think you’re going to change - the person you’re confronting or the wider audience?

Oh I’m with you. It is really, really hard to resist the urge to challenge distasteful and demented views. Periodically I need to step away. The news just now is relentless and exhausting.

I watched the ‘Despecialized’ versions of Star Wars, Empire and Jedi over the weekend. Freed of George’s incessant tinkering, they were a joy to watch. I actually felt SW held up incredibly well. 🤷‍♂️

The entitlement! I commute to work by train several days a week, and I hate every second of it. I think people have just forgotten how to behave on public transport.

It takes all the enjoyment out of train travel, doesn’t it? People can be so selfish.
