I find that my brain will do almost anything else rather than what I want to do at times & find it very difficult to find the motivation to do it a lot of the time. Any other bloggers who are #autistic or #audhd any tips on this please? Thanks.

It's coming up for that time of the year when I decide whether to renew my domain name for my Autistic journey blogging website. I'm in 2 mind whether to or not. I've rarely update it for a while now, being #autistic & #audhd I find it hard to get into a routine of writing & updating it regularly.
