I’m ok, managed to get myself back on track after the September/October breakdown. Spend most of the time on Twitter, still got loads of friends there and interaction on here can be non existent sometimes. Feel like a pariah over here coz I still do Twitter 😕xx

Totally fair, like you I was left home at 18, I know it’s harder for kids these days and my 24 daughter still lives with her mum, but she has her own room, is saving for her own place and pays a good amount of board. xxx

On 23rd September I stopped with the booze. Was drinking too much and I knew it wasn’t doing my MH any good. I tied it in with @macmillancancer Stoptober and I’ve raised over £200. I’ve also lost a stone in weight! Ok, today is the 31st, but bugger it, think I’ve deserved this!😜

I’m distraught, the cauli and broccoli bake was totally homemade, used some cream in the sauce which made it unctuous! xx
