This is exactly where it's been useful for me. Which is to say, it's useful in the same way that explaining your idea to a dog is useful, and when it makes dog noises back at you, you can go, interesting, but not what I was looking for—what about this, instead? And then do the work yourself anyway.

Just a friendly reminder as we go into the holidays:

Folks don't have to explain to you why they don't drink.

If you offer them a drink and they decline, don't ask them why. It's not your business.

Just offer them something without alcohol to drink instead. And move on.

OMG if every booth was required to feature some golden pothos or spider plants, the air quality in the expo hall would be one million times better.
