I realized that I was pushing my weekday runs too much and scaled back. This was affecting the quality of the weekend miles which I feel are more important

Longest run in a while and with only a few walk breaks. It's taking longer than it has in the past but my legs are finally getting there. Almost 18 miles for the week

Body was feeling meh, so I called an audible and went for a short one. This breaks a string of pretty good runs. Oh well, better to be fresh for the weekend

2 miles on the dirt to close out April with just under 66 miles. Goal was 100k, so I'm quite happy
