I made a pumpkin whipped cream for a cake and used it in the berry mirror glaze recipe from King Arthur.

I'm not vegan. I'm glad that there are new cream alternatives though.

I have been using the country crock nondairy cream and it has been working for all of the recipes I've tried it in so far.

Gosh no. I don't eat meat, but I won't try to stop people from eating it.

My workplace is on a fairly industrial road with all these trucking companies on it. I still enjoy a 20-30 minute walk over lunch.

So, I feel like this is unfair. Kentucky voted in 1992 to give themselves a break and only have elections 3 out of 4 years. We have elections every even year, but I had to double check that we had something or nothing to vote for. Odd years are weird here.
