3) Why are the various non-Constitutional State requirements for petition signatures to get on the ballot allowable under the Constitution?

2) If the Court holds that running for President isn't covered by the 14th Amendment, what about other requirements for President: being at least 35 and a natural born citizen? The language in Article 2 refers to eligibility. Would someone who didn't meet these requirements still be able to run?

I second the opinion that this variant is nasty, but two of the people closest to me were fully boosted and still got covid.

Here in Michigan the term that I hear is "lawn extension." And by the way, this strip is usually in the right-of-way of the city (or whatever the local municipality is).

Unless I'm reading this wrong, this seems like a pretty small sample considering that there have already been over 500 mass shootings in 2023. I'd be interested in seeing a more comprehensive survey.
