My husband sent me this.
I hope this message finds you well as it may be the last I send. I am presently being attacked by a ferocious predator and fear for my life. Best wishes, A---

Came here to say this. It's not like we're going to get people to move BACK. They are valuable, will be well paid, and will find out that healthcare doesn't have to suck.

That happened to me today leaving my CPA office. He went with me and walked me to my car talking about copyright. It seems like he was also going to his car, so I guess ok? Still. He could have waited 30 seconds to make it less awkward.

Inside the US Government's Unpublished Report on AI Safety The National Institute of Standards and Technology conducted a groundbreaking study on frontier models just before Donald Trump's second term as presidentβ€”and never published the results.

I would really like to read this report. www.wired.com/story/inside...

That just happened to eliminate the peskiest parts.
The error was that it was so easily caught.

And the emoluments clause.
And the congressional tariff power.

The fact that part of the Constitution the Library of Congress deleted with its "coding error" pertained to habeas corpus doesn't feel like an accident. Wow.
It should.
But it doesn't feel like an accident. My feelings are mine, but I hate that this seems like a reasonable reaction. And maybe is.

I'm still barred in my state but tons of people aren't. They just practice federally and leave contracts and the like to us. Getting admitted pro hac for litigation could also be a problem. I guess I could go back to my old career but if I do that I might as well leave the country.

Are ChatGPT Inputs the Next Slack Messages? Last week on Theo Von’s podcast, Sam Altman said something that should be a wake-up call for the entire justice system.

Along the lines of my post about AI prompts being public, here's a post by a 5th circuit judge on the same topic. Think of your prompt inputs like Slack messages. They may have to be produced. open.substack.com/pub/judgesch...

Trump Is Making Socialism Great Again Capitalism needs better advocates.

David Frum discusses socialism and capitalism and gives a shout out to Eugene Deb's speech on the steps of the courthouse in Girard. Of course this was before Debs was imprisoned for being a socialist and then continued his run for president from prison. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv...

I don't know who needs to hear this, but putting your idea through AI could count as a public disclosure or otherwise affect your rights.
Also, you may be surprised to find out that AI price estimates for IP work are not binding on your attorney and likely do not take legal fees into account. /rant

BTW, locating a water- cooled facility in a hot desert seems pretty short sighted and inefficient. Electrons travel faster and easier than our scarce water does.

Nice video! Good advice.
Not sure if you have seen that the text for your phone number on screen is different than the numbers you say verbally. You say "217" and the screen reads "218." It could lead to a missed call (but probably not because you have both numbers).
