Also, you may be surprised to find out that AI price estimates for IP work are not binding on your attorney and likely do not take legal fees into account. /rant

BTW, locating a water- cooled facility in a hot desert seems pretty short sighted and inefficient. Electrons travel faster and easier than our scarce water does.

Not sure if you have seen that the text for your phone number on screen is different than the numbers you say verbally. You say "217" and the screen reads "218." It could lead to a missed call (but probably not because you have both numbers).
