When I think of Kill Bill, I remember the Crazy 88 fight from Vol. 1, and the Trailer fight with Elle Driver in Vol. 2.

I forget the awesome animated sequences, and the comedic and moving sequences with Hattori Hanzo.

After loving BATIM I picked up Dark revival almost instantly. This was far more fleshed out, with a larger world and a greater variety of enemies. Deeper mechanics too. Now I just need to track down Boris to see his story.

Just saw that my YouTube channel SWHmusic has been on the site for 12 years.

It went mostly unused for years, but in 2020 I decided to do something with it properly. Now I sit at 600 subscribers for the first time and I hope this growth continues as I make more music.

Well today proved to be a test of my patience.

Someone in work decided she knew my job better than I do, and thought I'd be able to forcibly remove a car from her parking space, then began to insult me when I told her it was beyond my authority.

I won't be dealing with that again if I can help it.

Yeah, I normally get stuck on the lyrics side of things, I have about 4 or 5 songs with partial lyrics, and a load of others that just aren't ready yet, but this one went from start to finish so fast.

Maybe I should just allow myself to write freely more often, and bend to self imposed specs less 😅

Holy shit I think that might have been the fastest I've ever written lyrics to a song in my life. And I'm happy with them after only a couple of hours of revisions instead of weeks.

I think my writing might be improving.

A new original song will be coming this month if all things work out.
