When I googled breakfast soup I saw some monstrosities….like some full on dumb scrambled eggs and sausage into a broth. Which sure I guess.

I’m trying to throw together a breakfast soup, so I was thinking about trying to do a hollandaise base for the soup and using the potato cake as like a garnish on the side of the bowl you can kind of break in as you want?
