念のために付け加えると，良いとか悪いとかいう話ではなくて，「プロセスを記述することにどのような学問的意義が付与されているのか」ということを考えようとしています．上記の例からわかるのは，事実の発見「ではない」ということです．

続き．とある政治過程を記述するうえで，1ページに6つある註のすべてが同じ文献からってどうでしょう．卒論だったら絶対に直させるところです（笑）．2010年代の文献であり，業界的にはよく知られている研究者の本ですが．

誰に頼まれたわけでも命じられたわけでもないのですが，某報告の関係で1990年前後のHIプロジェクトの原点近辺の作品も読んでみることに．すると今とあまりにも「書き方」が違うので驚く．自分の中での「この本はこういう主張をしていた」という記憶自体は，すでに「今風の作品フォーマット」にあわせて整序されてしまっていた．実際はまったくちがっている．たぶんこの時期の書き方だと，いまの日本の科研の審査は絶対に通らない（笑）．

よいことか悪いことはさておき，いろいろ明確に書かなければいけなくなった，ということがよくわかる．「日本の政治学が…」みたいな話ではなく，政治学（社会科学？）全体が変化した．
