Overall: I liked the game a lot and enjoyed playing through it a bunch even with the criticisms I have, the game is so great when the 4 main characters are on screen.

Definitely one I'd put in the "I liked playing it" category, but not quite one of my personal favorites like 9 or 10

Especially at the end few chapters, I can feel where the team would have wanted more dev time to really work out some story beats and maybe extend some sections out and the DLC episodes especially Prompto and Ignis did a lot to fill in the blanks that I wanted to see more in the main game.

My biggest takeaways was that I loved the main 4 and a majority of the side characters, loved when they were on screen, especially the BBEG.

Though one issue was that the game was open world for like half of it, and then the game just sorta shoots you straight to the end. I wasn't expecting it!

Finished my playthrough of Final Fantasy 15! Originally started it when it came to PC, but forgot about it for a long time. Going back was a very interesting dive into the game, and playing the DLCs really made me curious of how the game could have turned out if it didn't get rebooted like 3 times.

Growing increasingly less appreciative to that early 2000s millennial brand of just sardonic dumpstering on any form of sincere interaction "because it's funny"
