It’s incredible that the President of the United States is openly flirting with suspending Habeas Corpus, disappearing people left and right, arresting judges and politicians, accepting ludicrous bribes from foreign countries, and people are still trying to normalize this shit.

This elegantly shifts back the discussion on this topic and puts lens on tomorrow. If Russia does not adhere to the ceasefire, then all fault lies squarely on Putin. If Russia agrees to the ceasefire, then it opens the opportunity for the West to move into Ukraine, as laid out by me yesterday.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy responded to Putin and it is a quite clever response.

He welcomes it, but subtly preconditions the peace negotiations with the ceasefire starting tomorrow.

President Zelenskyy reiterates that unconditional ceasefire starting tomorrow is the base for any next step. He is firmly holding this line and he has all reason to do so.
