If, however you’re having both photographers and models paying you hundreds per hour and neither are vetted for experience but you tell both to expect great portfolio pieces, that’s not community building, that’s a rent party.

And telling themselves what they’re doing is mentorship, community building etc.. If you’re putting together a content day thats a great community building thing to do.

There are entirely too many photographers responding to a difficult market by turning their practice into an MLM that fundamentally preys on other photographers
