Horizon is an action RPG franchise developed by Guerrila Games and published by Sony. It is one of their biggest properties in recent history and is regularly bundled with their hardware. It has sold over 40 million copies between the two main entries.

They're cosmetics that can be bought and sold with real money (of which Valve takes a cut), and the mechanics behind acquiring them are designed with predatory dark patterns. So maybe not enshittification in the usual sense, but certainly gross and anti consumer, as all gambling is.

I get this but I would also argue that all of the gambling/loot boxes in Steam and recent valve games is a form of enshittification.
