Watching another video of a cop walking up to a protestor and beating the shit out of them for no reason, and my immediate gut reaction was, that piggy needs to be shot in the face. And I don't think we should do that! But my lizard brain says otherwise. That's part of why I don't own a gun.

I've known plenty of good, smart, talented people who had to get through a bunch of bullshit in their 20's and even 30's before they could really flourish. Sometimes I see a successful 25-year old and I think, "Yeah, well, you probably haven't been worried about surviving another day, have you?"

It's so... go around different places in the Midwest, and you will see German, Polish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish flags flown in people's front yards. Often the only flag. Nobody says shit. Their great grandparents came from there and they feel connected to it. It's not an anti-American statement.
