Things nobody is asking for: the Fulbright scholarship (???), a baby bonus (okay, nice, but wouldn't need it if healthcare was affordable), teaching the rhythm method (this would happen in health class in public schools, which you are trying to destroy).

Ideas: robustly fund public schools (including paying bus drivers and nurses a living wage), universal health care, accessible parental leave (regardless of gender), affordable pre-k, stop making women's healthcare illegal, etc. All reasons I've heard women my age + younger give for not having kids.

This is not one of my faculty members...but it could be.

My friends and colleagues will not abandon this fight. But it's taking a toll.
