Tallow is only โ€œhealthierโ€ if rendering fat from grass fed/pastured cattle. Youโ€™re getting ready to see a lot of fast food switch to tallow touting its โ€œhealthierโ€ properties, except itโ€™s nearly guaranteed that they will use low quality grain fed/cheaper options. Gross.
