I chose to do my top 25 list based on which games had the biggest impact on me when I first played them. This list is not based on how well I think any of these games hold up or rank today necessarily. They are just (roughly) the 25 games that really drew me in and made me say "holy shit".

Wow Armored Core 6 is really good. I am just starting Chapter 4 of 5 chapters and at this point I'm not sure if this or Baldur's Gate 3 is my personal game of the year. Having so much fun with both and I am tremendously hyped to jump into Starfield still also! WHAT A YEAR!
