Funding for pediatric cancer research removed from spending bill
The bill's new version does not include funding for several programs that was in the original bill proposed by the House speaker.
Gabriella Miller was an extraordinary pediatric cancer advocate who died at age 10. I was lucky enough to know her. The Gabriella Miller Kids First Pediatric Research Program was established in her honor in 2014.
Tonight, Republicans cut it from their spending bill. www.newsweek.com/pediatric-ca...

CHILDREN with CANCER.
Who deserve every single chance they can get yet are shown over and over how little our society cares.
