The biggest danger here is Poilievre's attempt to expand the Overton window to federal use of the notwithstanding clause. Honestly, play it out in your head. Poilievre has spoken three times early in the debate. I'm listening for who the winners/losers are in this debate, and each comment, PP has one clear pattern: Winners - Private-Sector, Ultra-wealthy, O&G Sector. Losers - Working-class Canadians. Indigenous communities.
