Proksee now supports NCBI assembly accessions.
You can use GCF (RefSeq) and GCA (GenBank) assembly accessions to create new projects and in analysis tools such as BLAST and FastANI.

You can now download PNG images of your maps at resolutions up to 16,000 Γ 16,000 pixels (double the previous limit). This enables high-quality image downloads for large-format printing and detailed visual analysis.
