MicroSeq2025 is an online meeting being held on September 3rd and 4th, focused on research being conducted on sequencing data generated from microbiological samples (bacteria, fungi, and viruses). MicroSeq2025 is supported by The Australian Society for Microbiology, the Australasian Virology Society, and Microbial Genomics.

I just made a first release of TNA - new tool to compare 2 bacterial genomes. Is shamelessly inspired by ACT, but should be simpler to use. Drag-n-drop two genomes: it runs BLAST for you and then you can visualize. For Mac, Windows 11, Linux tna.readthedocs.io
