I’m a stickler for ‘yours sincerely’ and ‘yours faithfully’ for external correspondence and it drives me wappy that some of our automated templates are configured to use the incorrect one.

I don’t have particularly strong feelings about ‘kind regards’ other than it feels tautologous and ‘regards’ feels like it should be an appropriate level of politeness for a colleague.

If it’s a colleague I’m more friendly with, it’ll probably be ‘Hi’ and ‘Cheers’!

If I type 'Regards,' in a sign off, I now have it autocorrect to 'Kind regards,' because apparently, unless I qualify the sort of regards I'm sending, people will infer they're shitty ones.

'Regards' was fine for years, apparently now it's not.
