Everyone guilty of wrongdoing initially denied wrongdoing.
Seems pointless for media to repeat the denial.
I mean they say Andrew denies wrongdoing even though there is literally no one who thinks that he is not a liar.

Health minister Wes Streeting takes tons of money from private health firms.
Itβs a conflict of interest big enough to see from space.
This cannot be right.
Been saying this for years.
04.02.2026 18:51 β π 0 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Now is an excellent time to remind everyone that Wes Streeting is Mandelson's protΓ©gΓ© and has enthusiastically stuck by his side for the entirety of Streeting's career.
04.02.2026 13:53 β π 45 π 20 π¬ 2 π 0Streeting was definitely cheerleading for Mandelson, though, and Iβm not particularly interested in hearing his excuses.

This surely disqualifies Streeting from replacing Starmer too?
04.02.2026 12:26 β π 11 π 2 π¬ 3 π 0Any journalist thatβs interviewing Wes Streeting but not properly quizzing him about his longstanding closeness to Peter Mandelson and why heβs been deleting tweets that illustrate that, should be seen as having zero credibility.
04.02.2026 11:41 β π 149 π 48 π¬ 2 π 1The idea that Wes Streeting is going to *protect* the NHS is laughable.
03.02.2026 08:33 β π 61 π 5 π¬ 3 π 0Wes Streeting mansplaining decency in public life, having been Peter Mandelson's great defender, is kind of sickening and funny in equal parts.
04.02.2026 08:40 β π 217 π 49 π¬ 6 π 3Shall we ask Wes Streeting?
04.02.2026 08:26 β π 175 π 39 π¬ 6 π 0Given what we now know about one of βourβ main negotiators, why should we think this was negotiated with our interests in mind?
04.02.2026 16:38 β π 29 π 17 π¬ 1 π 0so hang on a minute, the UK (significantly, erm, βrepresentedβ in negotiations by Mandelson) has just signed a trade deal with the US that gives into their demands for NHS to pay way more for medicinesβ¦. & yet Streeting wonβt even tell us the barest details? π€―

04.02.2026 17:24 β π 4 π 6 π¬ 2 π 2So much of this sleaze was in plain sight. When US Ambassador, Mandelson took Starmer for a photo opp at Palantir, a client of Global Counsel in which he had a huge stake. This was a monstrous conflict of interest and it was all public domain. Why did Starmer think it appropriate to go?

Would the Government have fallen?
Precisely.
