Marmalade 2025 achieved. One batch of whisky marmalade and one batch flavoured with dry and red vermouth, the ingredients of a local cocktail, the Marseillanais. I used Noilly Prat vermouth, which is made less than 100m from my kitchen. #portlife #marmalade
