Texas’ latest abortion law enables private citizens to sue medical providers & manufacturers who provide abortion medications in the state. This is an attack on Texans' ability to access the care they deserve.

New York Judge Dismisses Texas Challenge to the State's Abortion Shield Law The lawsuit was filed against an Ulster County clerk who rebuffed an attempt to enforce a Texas judgment against a New York doctor for sending abortion pills to that state.

ICYMI: Texas’ Attorney General tried to restrict access to abortion care by going after laws protecting healthcare providers. Over the weekend, a New York State judge dismissed his lawsuit.
