They've changed OC once already and now promoted the OC they brought into HC....so even if he calls the plays you're putting a whole ton of extra stuff on his plate so in 1 season Caleb will have had 2 (prob 3) OCs and 2 HCs. Successful teams do not operate like that.

The NFL hiring process makes it basically impossible to get who you want mid-season anyway.

The most important thing is Caleb Williams and it's shown that developing QBs need stability - this is the opposite of that
