Hi folks! As we work on building a new website in the IU framework, please go to this temporary site - iubfccf.wixsite.com/iubfccf. It may be missing a few things, but it has the important stuff. π
Good news is that many IU sites are now back up and running. π₯³

Peristaltic tubing connecting the sample probe to the Peek tubing of the flow cell. Cover removed.
Tubing, pumps, a sheath damper and the sheath filter inside the right side of a CytoFLEX instrument. Right panel removed.
In case anyone was wondering what the peristaltic tubing (left - cover removed) or sheath damper (right - clear thing with ~1/3 liquid; the liquid is supposed to be there) of a CytoFLEX LX looks like.

A serious question for scientific article reviewers: if the authors include flow cytometry as a method, and show NO flow cytometry data (in the form of histograms, dot plots, etc.), not even supplemental, do you not ask them in the review where the flow cytometry data is?
