I am an experienced business executive and mentor. *Every* well-managed organization has a separation of duties when it comes to making payments. To think that one individual could make (or not make) an organization's payments--without any oversight and at their sole discretion--is mind-boggling.

Unlike with most employers, the fed employment relationship is not at-will. So whether the firings were for cause will be at issue. The concern is that the oligarchs will alter the data, and federal employees who haven't already downloaded their records won't have evidence to contradict the lies.
