I spent the last two days in excruciating pain and todsy in louder but less pain.
This is bullshit. I hate chronic conditions.

Yeah, probably shpuld prioritize myself and the toddler. Maybe the wife. Oh, and the mistresses, can't forget those. And that online honeypot scam, they get so lonely without me.

Now, too much of that would be bad. But I over corrected. And now I need maintenance it seems. Some mental. Some physical. But some stuff has to change.

Did a lot of thinking since yesterday. Reminded myself of a lot. I've been prioritizing a lot of people, a lot of them important, but not putting myself first.

I took a nap. I sat by a fire. I did all the mindfulness things. And all I can think of is how wasteful that is.

Today is hard. I know on the grand scale people have it worse. I know that.
I also know that, metaphorically speaking, I feel like I'm at two life, tapped out, with maybe three cards left to draw.
Metaphorically, I am down to three HP and cantrips.
I don't know how to refill this tank.
