cross-compatibility isn't and probably won't ever be perfect. there is an industry-standard universal software for a reason it's just unfortunately monopolized by an evil shithead of a company

working between csp and ps for scroll comics in itself is already a pain bc you can export one way but never back because of program limitations. im thankful at all that csp introduced being able to export text as nonraster to psd but i can't open those psd files in csp because they'll become raster
