Sadly I don’t think Americans are going to vote based on the plights of brown folks in places they couldn’t point to on a map. 3/3

Americans have historically had very little real interest in the pain and suffering of non-Americans. The Blitz and all the horrors inflicted on the British didn’t rouse Americans to support going to war against Nazism and Fascism. Only a direct attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese did that. 1/3
