Now, picture my husband going blind from glaucoma, having to go on FMLA, burning through his PTO, and then being released from his job because there are no positions he can fill as a blind person.

Fun Fact: When you go on FMLA, part of the paperwork you sign says you have to use your PTO for it, another part says you still have to pay all your taxes and premiums and stuff, and if you miss payments twice, you'll lose your insurance...
