Nothing to say about backers waiting years to receive items only for them to suddenly appear up for auction? Nothing on many thousands of pounds being unaccounted for? Nothing on contributors, backers and charities being stiffed? 2/

Well-intentioned on the face of it, but...

If he considers TFTQ a "He said, she said", why bother getting in touch?

Why did he not reach out to those affected as soon as he became aware of the discourse?

Why not take the precaution of putting a hold on the items from sale when he found out? 1/

If you've really gone to the police, you'll have no problem providing a crime reference number to back up the claim.

Regarding you considering it instinctual, how do you handle writing lengthy, intertwined plots, misdirection, cliffhangers, etc? Working these things out can be quite involving, requiring lots of thought and planning.

With poor executive function including difficulties with managing thoughts, decision making and adapting to change, I'm curious as to whether breaking the mold or even pushing the boundaries of established norms is possible for someone with ADHD.

By resisting, I mean with a view to "break the mold". When in full flow and able to pick from a 'menu', would you be able to recognise what's happening, pause, and further explore the creative options on offer? Sub-menus, of sorts. Or is it a case of one menu leads to another?

I have family members with ADHD and autism, by the way. I've a keen interest in exploring ways to use the characteristics as creative positives.

Though it explores how we perceive and interpret visual information, John Berger's Ways of Seeing doesn't directly address neurodiversity. Have you ever considered writing a book about ways in which you experience the world creatively?

Interesting. I imagine neurodivergency is useful for resisting impulse control and decision making. I'd have thought distractability would be more of an issue but it's great that you're able to find yourself in the moment.

Regarding automatism, what's your approach for achieving an unconscious mind? Do you find your strokes to be fast, slow or a broad range of movements?

Thousands of followers between them on Instagram and yet the only accounts liking Frazer Brown's posts re the grand total for the charity comics auction are Phoenix Auctions, Collector Cartel and Frazer himself, in various guises, including one where he's seemingly a professional photographer! #TFTQ

If that's caused your eyes to roll or head to spin, prepare to have steam come out of your ears should Reuben decide to share the message he received from the Phoenix Auctions owner.

I've seen it and, believe me, it'll just add fuel to the TFTQ tyre fire. Like attracts like.

It was obvious he was going to hide his own paltry contribution by quoting the grand total instead. Fuck him and fuck Phoenix Auctions for accommodating him.

Curious how Frazer largely failed to mention the auction until just a few days before it ended. It's as though he didn't want to draw attention to it at first.

Like I say, very out of character. With some actual real news for a change, I'd have expected loud shouts on social media from the get-go.

Just noting here that Frazer's latest IG posts about the auction ending are uncharacteristically muted.

I'd be expecting fanfare on his social media had the comics done well but rather than announce what each variant fetched it looks like he's going to lump them in with the grand total.
