Hello. I love salsa and hate vinegar in it. Last weekend I got dry habaneros. Slice 4 or 5 chiles and fry them in sunflower oil with a bit of garlic. Then, add a bit of water, stir until water turns black. Add a can of tomatoes, cook for 15 min and liquefy with a mixer. Better than any canned salsa.
