TOASTED. Bagels & Coffee says it has received nearly $25,000 in donations in the last 24 hours since announcing the "neighbor's tab" to provide breakfast to those impacted by the SNAP benefits cliff on Nov. 1, no questions asked, at its U-District, South Lake Union and Bellevue locations.
